Bob Oriol became the Administrator of Holden Nursing Home in 1987; a role previously held by his father Eugene "Gene" Oriol. Bob graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with an MBA and studied Health Care Administration at Clark University in Worcester. He is currently on the Board of the Massachusetts Extended Care Federation and the State Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA). Bob is the Vice President of the New England Alliance of the ACHCA, the Treasurer and a member of the Intercare Alliances, and Incorporator of the Worcester Children's Friends Society. He has enjoyed many years of working with generations of family members at his facility.

 

Terry Kittredge, RN

Director of Nursing Services

Terry Kittredge started with Oriol Health Care on March 25, 2002 as a Nursing Supervisor. She was promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing on October 6, 2002 and then to Director of Nursing Services on September 17, 2004. She brings many years of experience in long-term care. She started her career in long-term care as a Kitchen Aide, and progressed in her health care career as a Nurses Aide, Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Nurse Manager Quality Assurance Nurse and Director of Nursing Services. Terry has also served as an instructor for the Red Cross Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program. She has been responsible for the delivery and oversight of clinical services in several local skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. In October 1990, Terry was nominated for the Secretary Award by the Worcester Area Nursing Home Ombudsman Program. This award recognizes a long-term care facility staff person who has done an outstanding job in promoting residents quality of care. Terry brings this dedication to promoting the health and welfare of residents to her position as Director of Nursing Services at the Holden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
