Bob Oriol became the Administrator of Holden Nursing Home in 1987; a role previously held by his father Eugene "Gene" Oriol. Bob graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with an MBA and studied Health Care Administration at Clark University in Worcester. He is currently on the Board of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association and the State Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA). Bob is the Vice President of the New England Alliance of the ACHCA, the Treasurer and a member of the Intercare Alliances, and Incorporator of the Worcester Children's Friends Society. He has enjoyed many years of working with generations of family members at his facility.

Director of Nursing Services

Dawn Auger RN has been a staff member of Oriol Health Care since 1981. She began by volunteering in the Activities Department at the age of fourteen, then started her Oriol career as a Dietary Aide at the Holden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She then went on to become a Nurse's Aide, and then as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Holden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Dawn advanced her career as a Registered Nurse while at the Wachusett Extended Care Facility, and was promoted to her present role as the Director of Nursing Services. She brings to Oriol Health Care many years of caring, that includes advocating for the welfare of clinically complex and ventilator dependent residents of the Wachusett Extended Care Facility.
