This facility enjoys a reputation of the highest level of care provided by the dedicated staff under the Administration of the owner Bob Oriol and his Management Team. Established in 1965 as Holden Nursing Home, our facility has grown to accommodate many needs, thus reflected in the change of name in 2006 to Holden Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
