Guys and Gals Senior Fitness Classes

Princeton, Paxton and Rutland and Sterling, MA

Weekly one-hour gentle fitness classes with instructor Marty French of Oriol Health Care. Open to the public and free of charge; all experience levels welcome.

Sterling Senior Center – Mondays 10:15 – 11:15AM
Princeton Senior Center – Tuesdays 10:15 – 11:15AM
Paxton Senior Center – Thursdays 10:15 – 11:15AM
Rutland Senior Center – Fridays 10:15 – 11:15AM

Classes will not be held in inclement weather. If in doubt, don’t go out!

Oriol Health Care and the Wachusett Resource Recycle Center are hosting a new craft class in the Wachusett Extended Care Facility cafeteria. This class is free and open to the public. Each month there is a different theme and craft to make or donate. Materials will be provided by the Recycle Center. Classes will be held monthly and are sponsored by Oriol Health Care. We represent a long tradition of quality family care. Oriol Health Care continues to be family owned and operated. We take pride in being the only second generation operated health care organization in the Worcester area. The two principals, brothers Robert & David Oriol, are on site Administrators and manage the day to day operations.

This is unique in that today, most health care facilities are investor-owned and the owner is usually out of state or not present at the facility. For the families that long for the "old days" when health care was more personal and the patient was important; the Oriol tradition shows that caring for our residents, their families and the community are what will always matter the most.
