Dave Oriol

Administrator of Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center

Dave Oriol became the Administrator of Oakdale Rehabilitaion & Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston in 1986. Dave graduated with honors from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1981 with a Bachelor's Degree in computer science. He was recognized as Holden Business Person of the Year in 1990, and is a past Chapter President of Massachusetts Extended Care Federation. Dave is a member of the New England Alliance of the American College of Health Care Administrators , the Wachusett Area Rotary Club and the West Boylston Community Club. Dave's outside interests include the Civil Air Patrol, USAF Auxilliary, scuba diving and flying.

 

Lisa Stratford, RN, LNC

Director of Nurses at the Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center

Lisa Stratford has been with Oriol Health Care since 2000. She is a graduate of Becker College in Worcester, and has been a registered nurse since 1993. Ms. Stratford also graduated from the Northeastern University Legal Nurse Consultant Program in 2005. She brings to Oriol Health Care over 20 years of long-term care experience, and has held various positions from Certified Nursing Assistant, Staff Nurse, Nursing Supervisor, MDS/MMQ Nurse to Director of Nursing Services. What she finds rewarding about long-term care "it's not about taking care of someone, it's caring about them".
