Wachusett Extended Care Facility in Holden is a premiere provider for medically complex residents and proud to be the only Chronic Ventilator Facility in the central Massachusetts area. Our unique facility has 43 beds serving a population from age 22 to geriatric with needs such as :

• Anoxic/Traumatic Brain Injury
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
• Muscular Dystrophy
• Multiple Sclerosis
• Cerebral Palsy
• Stroke Rehabilitation
• Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (Lou Gehrig’s disease)
