February Employees of the Month: Celebrating Heart, Leadership & Teamwork at Oriol Health Care

Where Dedication and Kindness Shine Bright

February is a month that reminds us to lead with heart. While winter continues, moments of compassion, teamwork, and dedication shine even brighter. At Oriol Health Care, we are grateful for the team members who step up every day to support one another and provide exceptional care to those we serve.

As a family-owned and operated organization with more than 60 years of health care excellence, we are proud to recognize our February Employees of the Month. These individuals reflect our guiding promise — Our family taking care of yours — through their leadership, flexibility, and commitment to our communities.

The Team Members Making a Difference This Month

Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center
Deb Butler, R.N.

Deb Butler was enthusiastically nominated by her peers for her outstanding dedication and unwavering reliability. Time and again, Deb has stepped up to cover the 3–11 Supervisor role while supporting new admissions and daily operations.

Her leadership has helped foster a strong, efficient, and highly productive team on the 3–11 shift. Deb’s flexibility and willingness to assist across units ensure continuity of care and a supportive environment for both staff and residents. She consistently adjusts her schedule when needed, always keeping the highest level of care as her priority.

We are proud to recognize Deb for the professionalism, compassion, and leadership she brings to Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center.

Adriana’s leadership and positive, team-first approach make a meaningful impact each day. Her drive and willingness to help others strengthen the quality of care delivered to residents and families throughout West Boylston and surrounding communities.
