Beverly has significantly improved the dietary team’s efficiency while maintaining a consistently positive attitude and a willingness to help others. She goes above and beyond to understand residents’ needs and preferences, ensuring that every interaction reflects the care and attention our residents deserve.
Her dedication extends well beyond expectations. Beverly frequently volunteers to cover shifts—even on her days off—to ensure residents continue receiving the attentive service and support they rely on.
Her teamwork, reliability, and compassionate approach make her a valued member of the Holden Rehabilitation family.

Odna Charles – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
At Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, Odna Charles exemplifies the heart of caregiving.
During a recent winter snowstorm, Odna demonstrated extraordinary dedication to resident care. She worked more than a double shift, stayed overnight at the facility, and returned to work another shift the following morning to ensure residents remained safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
Her willingness to step up during challenging circumstances reflects the compassion and commitment that define the Oakdale team.
Odna’s hard work, resilience, and genuine care for residents do not go unnoticed. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of the Oakdale family.
