National award signifies a formal commitment to continuous improvement in quality care
West Boylston, MA — Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, an Oriol Health Care facility, has been recognized as a 2025 recipient of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). This national distinction reflects Oakdale’s deep commitment to delivering quality care and enhancing the lives of residents through continuous improvement and excellence.
The Bronze Award is the first of three levels in the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program, a rigorous, performance-based recognition that highlights providers who demonstrate a dedication to enhancing care for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Part of Oriol Health Care’s family-owned network, Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center has been proudly serving the Central Massachusetts community with compassion and professionalism for decades. As a 5-star CMS-rated facility with a deficiency-free survey, Oakdale continues to build on Oriol Health Care’s 60-year legacy of providing award-winning care with a personal touch.
“This award represents the heart and dedication of every team member at Oakdale,” said Miatta Edi-Osagie, Administrator of Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center. “Our staff shows up every day with a shared purpose—to provide the highest standard of care to our residents, in a place that feels like home. I’m proud of this achievement and proud to be part of an Oriol Health Care tradition built on quality, trust, and the belief that our family is taking care of yours.”
The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program is based on the Baldrige Performance Excellence framework and is reviewed by trained experts who assess each applicant’s ability to define key organizational elements such as mission, vision, and performance improvement systems.
As a recipient of the Bronze Award, Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center now qualifies to pursue the next level—Silver – Achievement in Quality.
