Joining our Family of Care — our family taking care of yours
We are truly excited to welcome Oprah Boateng, BSN, RN, ADON, to Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center as our new Assistant Director of Nursing — and to officially welcome her into the Oriol Health Care Family of Care.
Oprah joins Holden with seven years of healthcare experience, beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and advancing into nursing leadership as a Registered Nurse. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing, further strengthening her foundation in nursing education and administration.
In her role as Assistant Director of Nursing at Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, Oprah supports clinical operations, staff supervision, infection control initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and regulatory readiness. Just as importantly, she is passionate about fostering a collaborative, supportive team environment where excellence in resident care is the standard every day.
“Oprah brings a strong clinical foundation and a collaborative leadership style that supports both our nursing team and the high standard of care our residents expect,” shared Cynthia Snyder, R.N., Director of Nursing Services.
What makes Oprah a great fit at Holden is her belief in lifelong learning and shared growth — values that align closely with Oriol Health Care’s long-standing commitment to excellence and award-winning care.
“Healthcare is my personal way of giving back while providing individualized care,” Oprah shared. “It’s encouraging to know you’re making a positive difference in people’s lives. I’m excited to continue learning, growing, and building strong relationships as part of the Holden team.”
Tara D’Andrea, MBA, NHA, FACHCA, Director of Operations and Administrator, added:
“At Oriol Health Care, we believe award-winning care isn’t just measured — it’s felt. Oprah’s dedication to professional growth, teamwork, and quality care reflects the values that define Holden and our organization as a whole.”
As part of the Oriol Health Care family — built on more than 60 years of trusted, community-centered care — Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center continues to strengthen its leadership team with individuals who are committed to excellence, compassion, and personalized care.
Oprah, we’re excited to have you here and look forward to all that’s ahead.
