Jaime Greenwood, RN, serves as Executive Director of Oriol Home Health and Oriol at Home, providing clinical and operational leadership across skilled home health and non-medical private care services as part of the Oriol 360° Continuum of Care.

With more than 26 years of experience as a registered nurse and over two decades in healthcare leadership, Jaime has spent most of her career in home-based care, serving in roles including direct patient care, quality assurance, marketing, and leadership. Her background gives her a well-rounded perspective on delivering high-quality care while supporting the teams who serve patients and families in their homes.

Jaime was drawn to Oriol’s family-owned mission and commitment to providing quality services across the care continuum. She leads with a compassionate, fair, and approachable style, emphasizing open communication, collaboration, and personalized care that supports recovery, independence, and quality of life at home.

Dee Walsh serves as Clinical Manager at Oriol Home Health, bringing over two decades of experience in geriatric and cardiac nursing. She leads with compassion, professionalism, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care, overseeing clinical operations and care delivery to ensure every patient receives personalized support to remain safe and well in the comfort of their own home.

Dee is known for her exceptional clinical teaching skills and her ability to connect families with the right resources to succeed at home. She is passionate about the power of home health and believes that healing is most effective in familiar surroundings.

Outside of work, Dee enjoys gardening, cheering on her favorite sports teams, watching her daughter dance, and spending time with her dogs.

Home Health Administrative Support

Our Home Health Administrative Support team, including the Home Health Coordinator and Scheduler, plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination of care. They manage schedules, handle client inquiries, and ensure efficient operations to support our patients and their families.

Katie Standing, HHA and Scheduler at Oriol Health Care, brings over 30 years of experience in the medical field. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Katie handles scheduling and payroll, utilizing her extensive background to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.

Our Clinical Team

Our Clinical Team comprises experienced professionals who bring expertise and dedication to every patient interaction. From skilled nursing and therapy services to personalized care plans, they deliver compassionate care tailored to meet individual needs. Tara, an LPN with 30 years of invaluable experience, plays a pivotal role in assisting individuals at home with medical needs. Her responsibilities encompass coordinating care and facilitating clients’ transitions to home environments. Tara derives deep satisfaction from healthcare by connecting with new people and guiding them through the intricacies of the healthcare system. Known for her compassionate demeanor and ability to bring humor to difficult situations, Tara ensures that both the medical and emotional needs of her clients are addressed with empathy and understanding.

Deborah Barakian is a Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (HHA/CAN) at Oriol Home Health with over 30 years of experience. She has completed some college coursework at Becker College and Fieldstone School. Deborah is known for her patience and kindness, and she is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their lives.

Paige Spence-Berthiame is an Occupational Therapist at Oriol Therapy Services, bringing over 15 years of experience from acute and sub-acute rehab hospitals and facilities. Paige’s passion lies in teaching individuals in their homes, empowering them to maintain safety and independence. She finds fulfillment in the reciprocal learning process with her patients, enriching her practice. Paige holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology with double minors in Studio Art and General Education from Wheaton College, and she earned her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Springfield College.
