With her focus on preserving your legacy through writing, Pamela helps families explore meaningful ways to process grief, honor life, and create lasting remembrances.

This year’s Expo takes place on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at the Holden Senior Center in Holden, MA. The event brings together the Wachusett Region and surrounding communities—including Holden, West Boylston, Sterling, Paxton, Princeton, Rutland, and Worcester—for a day of learning, wellness, and connection.

About Pamela Reidy

Pamela is an educator, ordained interfaith minister, and legacy writer with many years of experience in end-of-life care. She holds degrees in English and Theology and was ordained at One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in New York City.

As the Director of Community Education at Miles Funeral Home, Pamela leads interactive workshops designed to help individuals and families write obituaries, eulogies, memorials, and ethical wills. Her compassionate approach makes the often difficult task of writing about loved ones both meaningful and healing.

Why You’ll Want to Hear Her

At the Expo, Pamela will share practical and comforting ways to preserve family stories that provide healing, connection, and remembrance for generations. Through guided writing practices, she empowers families to:

  • Capture personal and family history in meaningful ways
  • Transform grief into connection through writing
  • Create lasting legacies for loved ones
  • Find comfort in words during times of transition
