President and CEO of Oriol Health Care
Bob Oriol became the Administrator of Holden Nursing Home in 1987; a role previously held by his father Eugene “Gene” Oriol. Bob graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with an MBA and studied Health Care Administration at Clark University in Worcester. He is currently on the Board of the Massachusetts Senior Care Association and the State Chapter of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA). Bob is the Vice President of the New England Alliance of the ACHCA, the Treasurer and a member of the Intercare Alliances, and Incorporator of the Worcester Children’s Friends Society. He has enjoyed many years of working with generations of family members at his facility.

In 2014, Dave Oriol dedicated himself on evolving the family organization to be fully integrated in current health care delivery system as redefined by Affordable Care Act.
Dave served as the Administrator of Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston in 1986 through 2013. Dave graduated with honors from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1981 with a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science. He was recognized as Holden Business Person of the Year in 1990, and is a past Chapter President of Massachusetts Extended Care Federation. Dave is a member of the New England Alliance of the American College of Health Care Administrators and the Wachusett Area Rotary Club. Dave is on the advisory board of Devereux in Rutland.
Dave served as the unit Commander of the Civil Air Patrol Squadron (USAF AUX) at Worcester Airport for many years where he was active in both Ground and Air Search and Rescue.
Administrator of Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center
Nathan began working for Oriol Health Care in the Holden Nursing Home kitchen when he was 16 years old and has been working in long term care ever since. Nathan is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and currently works as the Administrator at Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire where he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Health Management and Policy Honors program in 2012. Nathan is the son of our Vice President and COO, David Oriol; and grandson of our founder Eugene Oriol. Nathan’s outside interests include obstacle course racing, bicycle riding, and rock climbing.
