Diahann Werme – Receptionist
For nearly 35 years, Diahann Werme has been a valued member of the Oriol Health Care family. Since joining the organization in 1991, she has served in several important roles, including Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, and, for the past several years, Receptionist at Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center.
Diahann’s long-standing commitment to the organization speaks volumes about her dedication and versatility. Whether welcoming visitors at the front desk or assisting residents, families, and staff, she is known for her warm smile, outgoing personality, and willingness to help wherever she’s needed.
Her positive attitude and genuine care for others make her an important part of the Oakdale team. We are grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and experience she brings to our residents, visitors, and fellow employees each day.

Ana Perez De Fernandez – Certified Nursing Assistant
Since joining Holden Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center in January 2025, Ana Perez De Fernandez has quickly earned the respect and appreciation of residents, families, and fellow employees.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, Ana is recognized for her compassionate approach to resident care, strong work ethic, and cheerful personality. She consistently goes above and beyond to support both residents and her coworkers, always stepping in with a helping hand when needed.
Her kindness, dedication, and unwavering commitment to exceptional care have earned the admiration of both residents and staff. Ana exemplifies the compassionate caregiving that is at the heart of Holden Rehabilitation and Oriol Health Care.

Christine MacDonald – HR Business Partner
Although Christine MacDonald joined Oriol Health Care as an HR Business Partner in April 2026, she has already made a meaningful impact across the organization.
Working closely with facility leadership and employees, Christine has helped strengthen Human Resources through her support of facility operations, employee relations, and recruiting efforts. She is known for being approachable, supportive, and an attentive listener who genuinely cares about employees.
Christine’s commitment to helping others, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting employees across the organization has quickly made her a trusted resource and valued member of the Oriol Health Care family.
