Following a detailed re-accreditation process, the CHAP Board of Review determined that Oriol Home Health meets all CHAP Standards of Excellence, reaffirming our organization’s commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

CHAP, an independent nonprofit organization established in 1965, accredits home and community-based health care providers. The accreditation process is rigorous, ensuring that home health care agencies meet national standards for patient care, safety, and organizational effectiveness.
