Madison’s clinical expertise, leadership, and compassion make a powerful impact on the lives of some of our most complex patients. As Manager of the Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit, she leads with confidence, kindness, and a deep commitment to quality outcomes.

Diana is celebrated for her kindness, strong work ethic, and the genuine respect she shows to every resident and colleague. She consistently goes above and beyond to make others feel safe, supported, and valued.
Her teammates describe her as “very caring, respectful and hard working to residents and staff” and shared that she is “always helping out and giving great care to her residents.” The 3–11 shift team summed it up best by calling her “an amazing CNA.”
Diana’s compassion and consistency reflect the very heart of Oriol Health Care, and we are truly thankful for the comfort and care she brings to Oakdale every day.
